Paul J. Westcott has been working in the Electronic Warfare (Electromagnetic Warfare) and Sensor Systems for over 53 years. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is retired from the US Air Force Research Lab at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. He worked for 5 years for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), now LEIDOS and 5 years for Mercer Engineering Research Corporation. He is currently a Corporate Consultant for Defense Engineering Corporation (DEC) in Beavercreek, OH. Paul’s specialty is systems engineering for microwave systems with an emphasis on hardware to include antennas, amplifiers, exciters and receiver technology
