Dino Mora
Lieutenant Colonel
Dino Mora is a retired Lt. Col. of the Italian Army that spent 15 of his 22 years of service in the technical military field with over 25 years’ experience in Intelligence and Security Operations worldwide, conducting research and analysis on relevant geopolitical and military issues. Actively involved in monitoring the activities of relevant countries, groups, and organizations, conducting thorough research, and staying updated on the latest developments in order to provide accurate assessments. Utilizing this knowledge, responsible for generating comprehensive reports and insightful presentations on geopolitical and military dynamics, delivering valuable insights to decision-makers. Actively engaging in discussions and briefings with colleagues and clients, exchanging perspectives and analysing potential implications, leveraging my expertise in geopolitical analysis, I contribute to the development of strategies and action plans that are grounded in a deep understanding of the complex global landscape, enabling informed and effective decision-making.
Extensive and formal intelligence training combines strong planning, analysis, organizational and communications skills with excellent qualifications in the development of intelligence collections, security operations and cyber security, to produce actionable intelligence through evidence and data correlations to meet the organization top priority needs, performances, and information superiority. He has been deployed in almost all the NATO theatres of operations (BiH, Kosovo, Africa, Afghanistan, Iraq) he is a skilled personnel manager and budget administrator. Multilingual in Italian, English and Spanish.
Currently working as Chief of Intelligence, Information Superiority and Cyber in the Corporate Chief Scientist Office of ELT Group.
